DuraBite™ liners are manufactured using a proprietary casting process that embeds ultra-hard titanium or carbide pucks directly into the manganese steel liner during production. Titanium and carbide are among the hardest wear-resistant materials available — but too brittle to function as standalone crushing components. By casting them into manganese steel, DuraBite™ achieves the optimal combination: extreme surface hardness in the highest-impact wear zones, backed by the structural toughness of manganese steel throughout the liner body.
