With more than eight years of leadership at Optimum Crush, Steve brings deep expertise in managing the complex demands of cone crusher part manufacturing and engineering. Prior to joining the team, he served as a Senior Buyer and Purchasing Buyer for a major OEM, where he developed a strong foundation in global supply chain management, vendor relations, and strategic procurement experience that continues to elevate the operational excellence of Optimum Crush today.
In his role, he oversees daily operations, production workflows, and project execution, ensuring that every part we produce meets the highest standards of quality and performance. What drives him most is the opportunity to build strong, long-term relationships with mines around the world and to lead a team capable of exceeding customer expectations on every project. He thrives in fast-paced environments, embracing tight timelines, complex challenges, and multiple moving pieces with a solutions-first mindset.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending his time on the golf course or out fishing, two passions that help him recharge and stay focused.
