Team Detail – Stephen Leeds

Stephen Leeds brings over a decade of expertise in crushing equipment and leadership within the mining industry to his role at Optimum Crush. Before joining our team, he spent more than ten years with FLSmidth, where he held roles including Crushing Specialist, Project Manager, and Retrofits & Modernizations Manager. He also served as Plant Manager at Prime Field Service, where he led daily plant and field operations, overseeing production, safety, and training for a team of more than 40 skilled millwrights and welders.

As Client Support Manager at Optimum Crush, Stephen works closely with clients around the world to maximize the performance and reliability of their crushers. Backed by a world-class team of service, engineering, and operations professionals, he helps minimize downtime, boost operational efficiency, and extend the lifespan of critical equipment and components.

Stephen’s favorite part of working at Optimum Crush is the company’s strong commitment to its core values, and the fact that the team always makes room for a little fun.

Outside of work, Stephen enjoys camping, fishing, skiing, attending sporting events with his son, and staying active with golf and CrossFit. He’s also always on the lookout for great new places to eat.
