As the Operations Coordinator at Optimum Crush, Kyle Phelps plays an essential role in keeping daily operations running efficiently and effectively. His responsibilities span multiple areas of the business, including purchasing, order processing, inside sales, and managing all shipping and receiving activities. Kyle’s ability to balance these diverse functions ensures that both internal teams and customers receive timely, accurate support.
Kyle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater. His academic background, paired with his hands-on experience, allows him to streamline processes, maintain strong vendor relationships, and contribute to the overall operational excellence of Optimum Crush.
What Kyle enjoys most about his role is the variety, no two days are alike. He appreciates the opportunity to work across different departments and interact with customers and partners around the world, making every day both engaging and rewarding.
Outside of work, Kyle is an avid fan of the Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Brewers, and he enjoys spending quality time with friends and family.
