Troy Gagnon is an important member of the Optimum Crush team, serving as a Warehouse Technician. In this role, he is responsible for inventory management, crate building, and warehouse maintenance. His work ensures the smooth, organized, and efficient flow of products and materials, supporting the company’s commitment to quality and timely delivery.

Troy brings a diverse background to Optimum Crush. He has over five years of experience in inventory management and warehouse operations, providing a knowledge base for his current responsibilities. Beyond the warehouse, Troy’s professional history includes three years of technical experience in A/V, networking, and Windows support, as well as two years of frame-to-finish carpentry.
