She holds an associate’s degree in business management and spent over five years as a Veterinary Technician, supporting surgeries, appointments, and maintaining organized, accurate client records. Her focus on operational efficiency helped improve workflows in fast-paced environments.
At Optimum Crush, Cecelia serves as an Administrative Coordinator, assisting with digital marketing for social media, managing logistics for travel and tradeshows, and overseeing office operations, inventory, and community giveback programs. She also coordinates company events and meetings, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflows across departments.
What Cecelia enjoys most about working at Optimum Crush is the opportunity to grow alongside a passionate, dedicated team that values collaboration, creativity, and a shared commitment to making a meaningful impact.
Outside of work, Cecelia loves to travel and has visited four countries. She has a passion for Irish dancing, which she practiced for ten years—an experience that taught her discipline and a love for performance. She also enjoys fishing, spending time outdoors, catching live music, and attending baseball games whenever she can.
