Team Detail – Jerrod Dulmes

Jerrod Dulmes has been involved with designing cone crushers for 20+ years which includes some of the largest and most modern designs in use today. He used that knowledge and experience to support crushing clients and leads the team at Optimum Crush to continue to bring more product improvements and crusher support to clients around the world.  He is the founder of Optimum Crush and currently acts as our President and CEO. While leading our company he continues to have intimate client relationships.

Jerrod has enjoyed building a team of like-minded crusher-focused employees that have a great working relationship and are heavily focused on the company’s core values of “Putting the Crusher First”, “It Takes a Team”, and “Work-Life Harmony”. The crushing industry is demanding and requires a team that is focused on the same goals which leads to profitability for our clients.

When not working in or on the business, he enjoys spending time with his family where they share interests in fastpitch softball, golf, being involved in their church and enjoying nature. Ask him how his kids played a role in a wild turkey hunt sometime. He didn’t harvest a turkey but he has a fun story to share for many years.
