A self-starter with a results-driven mindset, Dale Holzhausen brings more than a decade of leadership and hands-on expertise to Optimum Crush. As Director of Technical Support, Dale is the front-line connection for customers around the world, serving as the bridge between complex cone crusher challenges in the field and the engineering and product teams that develop the solutions.

Detail-focused and deeply committed to customer success, Dale believes that true project excellence is defined by long-term relationships built on trust, clear communication, and results. His dynamic role requires not only technical mastery but also the ability to interpret, troubleshoot, and resolve complicated machine issues in diverse mining and aggregate environments. Whether diagnosing performance concerns, guiding maintenance teams, or coordinating with engineers on product improvements, Dale brings clarity and confidence to every situation.

With extensive experience in cone crusher product improvement, machine design, engineering support, training, and consulting, Dale is widely recognized as a resource customers can rely on. Before joining Optimum Crush more than 10 years ago, he built his career with several major OEMs as both a Field Service Engineer and Sales Engineer, giving him a unique blend of technical depth and customer understanding. His ability to connect with people as well as machinery makes him a true asset to everyone he works with.

Outside of work, Dale can often be found traveling the world with his wife, exploring new places and embracing everything global adventure has to offer.
