About Me
Aaron Kirby has more than 20 years of experience in Manufacturing with an emphasis in Mining products. He has been part of Quality, Production and Procurement teams at multiple levels. He has spent the last 10 years working on supplier development and strategic sourcing.
At Optimum Crush, Aaron serves as a Senior Operations specialist. In this role, he works closely with the customers, suppliers and internal teams on multiple fronts. His focus is to ensure our customers receive a product from our supply base that will meet or exceed their expectations.
He joined the Optimum Crush team in early 2025 to work alongside individuals that value the customers and families and enjoy a sense of pride in what they do.
When not working, Aaron mainly enjoys spending time with his family and working around the house to make his downtime even more enjoyable.
