Team Detail – Nick Long

Nick Long is a highly skilled Product Specialist with more than ten years of experience in precision machining and component rebuilding. Before joining Optimum Crush, Nick spent a decade as a machinist, where he developed a deep understanding of mechanical systems and advanced technical problem-solving, expertise that now plays a critical role in supporting customers and product performance.

Nick holds an associate degree and brings specialized experience in the inspection, rebuilding, and servicing of rock crusher components. His role spans both shop operations and field support, allowing him to work directly with clients to diagnose issues, enhance reliability, and ensure their equipment performs at its highest level. Known for his dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to quality, Nick is a trusted resource throughout the heavy equipment and mining industries.

Outside of work, Nick channels his passion for teaching and competition into coaching a high school trap and sporting clays team. He also actively competes in sporting clays tournaments, combining mentorship with his love of the sport.
