Tramp Release Cylinders were loosening internally. This changed the height of the piston location from one cylinder to the next and caused false clamping force in the system.
A new internal design was developed to add mechanical locks between the piston and rod.
The piston held firmly to the rod. Maintenance time was reduced and crusher availability was increased.
