About Me
Amy Pepin serves as the Controller for Optimum Crush Inc., where she leads the Finance, Human Resources, and IT functions. With a strong background in accounting and organizational leadership, Amy brings a strategic and detail-oriented approach to optimizing business operations and supporting company growth.
Before joining Optimum Crush, Amy built a diverse career in finance, beginning as an external auditor for financial institutions. She went on to serve as Finance Manager for a software development company and later as CFO for a recruiting firm, where she gained extensive experience in both financial oversight and cross-functional team management. She holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting and a Master of Science in Professional Accounting.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending quality time with her family, cheering on her boys at their sporting events, and teaching kettlebell fitness classes. Her balanced approach to life and leadership reflects her commitment to both personal well-being and professional excellence.
